Who We Are

James Rosenman

Chief Executive Officer

Originally from North Carolina, James has served in various senior management positions within continuum of care organizations including skilled nursing facilities throughout the East Coast. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Andrus on Hudson, where he is leading the organization into its next exciting chapter of providing an elevated range of services to the community. Prior to AOH he served as CEO and Administrator of Fairview, located in Groton, Connecticut, where he was responsible for the transformation of the organization into a continuing care provider including skilled nursing services, independent rental housing, ancillary service lines and the development of an independent, age-restricted, entry-fee housing community.

A 2015 recipient of the “Forty Under 40” award, James received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee, an MBA from Pace University, Lubin School of Business, and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. His extensive board experience includes serving as Board Chair of LeadingAge Connecticut, Board Treasurer of LifeLinks CLASS, Inc. and Board Treasurer of Always Home, Inc.

Jon V. Kole

Chief Operating Officer

Jon has spent nearly a decade working in the field of long term care.  Prior to this work, he spent almost five years working in investment banking and financial services for Bear Stearns and J.P. Morgan Chase.

Jon has been involved in many cutting-edge initiatives, spanning both clinical and non-clinical areas.  He holds a unique skill set comprised of both financial and healthcare experience and applies them to various projects and day-to-day operational tasks.

Jon graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Fordham University with a B.A. in economics and from Fordham Graduate School of Business with a Masters in Business Administration. He is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of New York.

Dr. Abiola Familusi

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Abiola Familusi, MD brings well over 30 years of experience in geriatric care to our community. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Ibadan College of Med Ibadan Oyo Nigeria and completed his residency at St. John's Episcopal Hospital and Nassau University Medical Center. He is board certified in internal medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation medicine. He provides the highest quality of care by practicing evidence based medicine. Dr. Familusi is also a world leading expert in robotic telemedicine services. 

Dr. Iyad Annabi

Medical Director

Dr. Iyad Annabi, MD brings over 30 years of experience in internal medicine. Dr. Annabi is a family medicine doctor in Yonkers and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including St. John's Riverside Hospital and St. Joseph's Medical Center-Yonkers. He obtained his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and completed his residency at St. Joseph's Medical Center. He is board certified in internal medicine. He provides the highest quality of care by practicing evidence based medicine. Dr. Annabi has won Top Doctors in the New York Metro Area for at least seven  years in a row 2016-2022. 

Andruette Beckford

Director of Nursing

Andruette "Kerry" joined the Andrus on Hudson team in September 2019 as the Clinical Operations Manager; May 2021 she was offered and accepted the Director of Nursing Services position.  In this role and prior she has facilitated the activation of several clinically enhanced program initiatives, which proved beneficial to residents/patients and the organization.  Kerry has been a registered nurse for over a decade with vast clinical and leadership experience spanning from acute and specialty care to insurance and academia.  She graduated from Norfolk State University with dual bachelor of science degree in Healthcare Administration and Nursing.  Her vision for her department is clinical excellence with licensed professionals operating at the top of their licenses while producing a healthy work environment.

Melissa Estevez

Director of Administrative Support Services

Melissa joined Andrus on Hudson in August of 2020 as Director of Administrative Support Services.  She has worked in the industry for over 8 years with an emphasis in customer service.  Prior to healthcare, Melissa worked in the hospitality industry for 13 years as a chef.  She has a BA in Business Administration and enjoys entertaining friends and family.  The team at Andrus truly cares about its residents, families and staff. Melissa loves to see the residents each day and helps meet their needs however she can in the day to day operations.

Theresa Nicholson

Director of Finance

Theresa joined Andrus on Hudson as the Director of Finance in May 2021. She brings with her more than 35 years of experience working in healthcare finance, both in hospitals and long-term care facilities. Prior to joining the Andrus team, she was the Corporate Director of Finance at The Lutheran Care Network where she managed finances for several long-term care facilities.

Outside of work, Theresa is an elected official of the Town of Eastchester, serving on the town board since 2014. In addition, she currently serves as the co-president of her local civic association, is a member of the financial council of her church, coaches CYO youth basketball, and is the Treasurer of her local Rotary.

Theresa graduated with a BA in Accounting and Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta. She currently resides in Eastchester, NY with her husband and has three children.

Sandra Hawes

Director of Marketing & Branding

Sandra has worked in the senior care industry for over 18 years, wearing many different hats, but primarily focused on Marketing initiatives. She has experience in sales, fundraising, operations and overseeing all aspects of promotional efforts. Sandra has helped to advance and build brand awareness for life plan communities, assisted living communities and long-term care facilities. Sandra has a BS in Marketing and a BA in Foreign Languages from Stonehill College in MA. She was excited to join the Andrus team and was drawn by the compassion of the staff, reputation of a longstanding non-profit organization and the vision for the future.

 

Sandra spends much of her spare time cheering on her daughters from the sidelines. She also enjoys traveling, walking, gardening and sunsets.

Richard Felipe

Director of Plant Operations

Richard “Rich”  Felipe is the Director of Plant Operations for Andrus on Hudson. As the Director of Plant Operations, Rich provides senior-level  management of the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry  departments. Within these departments are operations that  encompass campus and building-based engineering and life-safety systems, sanitation and ancillary support services. Rich has also been instrumental in overseeing the implementation of many capital project improvements at AOH and is actively involved in future planning for the main building improvements.  He has been in his role at Andrus on Hudson since January 2009. When not in the office, Rich enjoys spending time with family and friends.
