Originally from North Carolina, James has served in various senior management positions within continuum of care organizations including skilled nursing facilities throughout the East Coast. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Andrus on Hudson, where he is leading the organization into its next exciting chapter of providing an elevated range of services to the community. Prior to Andrus on Hudson, he served as CEO and Administrator of Fairview, located in Groton, Connecticut, where he was responsible for the transformation of the organization into a continuing care provider including skilled nursing services, independent rental housing, ancillary service lines and the development of an independent, age-restricted, entry-fee housing community. A 2015 recipient of the “Forty Under 40” award, James received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee, an MBA from Pace University, Lubin School of Business, and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. His extensive board experience includes serving as Board Chair of LeadingAge Connecticut, Board Treasurer of LifeLinks CLASS, Inc. and Board Treasurer of Always Home, Inc.

Jon has spent nearly a decade working in the field of long term care. Prior to this work, he spent almost five years working in investment banking and financial services for Bear Stearns and J.P. Morgan Chase. Jon has been involved in many cutting-edge initiatives, spanning both clinical and non-clinical areas. He holds a unique skill set comprised of both financial and healthcare experience and applies them to various projects and day-to-day operational tasks. Jon graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Fordham University with a B.A. in economics and from Fordham Graduate School of Business with a Masters in Business Administration. He is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of New York.

Dr. Abiola Familusi, MD brings well over 30 years of experience in geriatric care to our community. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Ibadan College of Med Ibadan Oyo Nigeria and completed his residency at St. John's Episcopal Hospital and Nassau University Medical Center. He is board-certified in internal medicine, physical medicine, and rehabilitation medicine. He provides the highest quality of care by practicing evidence-based medicine. Dr. Familusi is also a world-leading expert in robotic telemedicine services.

Dr. Iyad Annabi, MD brings over 30 years of experience in internal medicine. Dr. Annabi is a family medicine doctor in Yonkers and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including St. John's Riverside Hospital and St. Joseph's Medical Center-Yonkers. He obtained his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and completed his residency at St. Joseph's Medical Center. He is board-certified in internal medicine. He provides the highest quality of care by practicing evidence-based medicine. Dr. Annabi has won Top Doctors in the New York Metro Area for at least seven years in a row 2016-2022.

Melissa joined Andrus on Hudson in August of 2020 as Director of Administrative Support Services. She has worked in the industry for over 10 years with an emphasis on customer service. Before healthcare, Melissa worked in the hospitality industry for 13 years as a chef. She has a BA in Business Administration and enjoys entertaining friends and family. The team at Andrus on Hudson truly cares about its residents, families, and staff. Melissa is currently the Assistant Administrator and loves to see the residents and help meet their needs however she can in the day-to-day operations.

Doris brings an exemplary blend of clinical expertise and leadership acumen to her role. Doris joined the Andrus on Hudson team in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, and thirty-two years of diverse nursing experience. She is adept at overcoming the multifaceted challenges of her position with efficiency, professionalism, and grace. Doris's career spans critical care and geriatric areas including ICU, ER, Medical-surgical Units, Pediatric ICU, Dialysis, Nursing Educator, Infection Preventionist, and MDS Director. Known for setting high standards, Doris not only recognizes and celebrates her team's achievements but also continually motivates them to excel. Her unwavering dedication inspires everyone around her, ensuring the highest quality of rehabilitation and nursing care is delivered under her guidance. Doris enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Stuti joined Andrus on Hudson in August 2022 as the Rehab Director. She has previously served as a Rehab Director in California and possesses over 7 years of experience in long-term care facilities, encompassing subacute to dementia care. Her background also includes working in hospital and pediatric care settings in India. Stuti earned her Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Gujarat University and a Master's in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California. She holds certifications of the FIM® (Functional Independence Measure) instrument from USDMR and RAC-CT™ (Resident Assessment Coordinator) from AAPACN. Stuti is also an ILWTI Board Certified Lymphedema & Wound Therapist. Stuti is passionate about continually expanding her skill set and leveraging informatics and technology to optimize clinical outcomes and deliver next-generation care. Her vision for the Rehab team is to provide compassionate care and achieve the best possible clinical outcomes that align with the diverse needs of patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Sandra has worked in the senior care industry for over 20 years, wearing many different hats, but primarily focused on Marketing initiatives. She has experience in sales, fundraising, operations, and overseeing all aspects of promotional efforts. Sandra has helped to advance and build brand awareness for life plan communities, assisted living communities, and long-term care facilities. Sandra has a BS in Marketing and a BA in Foreign Languages from Stonehill College in MA. She was excited to join the Andrus on Hudson team and was drawn by the compassion of the staff, the reputation of a longstanding non-profit organization, and the vision for the future. Sandra spends much of her spare time cheering on her daughters from the sidelines. She also enjoys traveling, walking, gardening, and sunsets.

Richard “Rich” has been with the Andrus on Hudson team since January 2009 and began his role as the Director of Plant Operations. As the Director of Plant Operations, Rich provided senior-level management of the maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry departments. Within these departments are operations that encompass campus, building-based engineering and life-safety systems, sanitation, and ancillary support services. Rich is now overseeing the implementation of many capital projects at Andrus on Hudson and is actively involved in an ongoing big renovation project for the improvement of the main building. When not in the office, Rich enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Theresa joined Andrus on Hudson as the Director of Finance in May 2021. She brings with her more than 35 years of experience working in healthcare finance, both in hospitals and long-term care facilities. Prior to joining the Andrus on Hudson team, she was the Corporate Director of Finance at The Lutheran Care Network where she managed finances for several long-term care facilities. Outside of work, Theresa is an elected official of the Town of Eastchester, serving on the town board since 2014. In addition, she currently serves as the co-president of her local civic association, is a member of the financial council of her church, coaches CYO youth basketball, and is the Treasurer of her local Rotary. Theresa graduated with a BA in Accounting and Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta. She currently resides in Eastchester, NY with her husband and has three children.
