We are excited to have partnered with SAGECare to obtain LGBT aging cultural competency training. We believe that all individuals should feel welcome and be able to access high-quality care. Very few healthcare facilities are credentialed in this area and we saw an opportunity to further enhance our person-directed services.
Our employees, management, and senior leadership received this important training and are now better able to understand and acknowledge LGBT aging issues.
